Usually delivery takes 6 to 14 days, which may vary due to border controls and holiday shipping. Do not worry still; your Avenue team is checking all possible ways for the fastest and safest delivery. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

How do I return an item?

It may be a regret but if you are not happy with your items (which we doubt will happen though) and wish to return or exchange, please do not hesitate to reach us out within 7 days from receiving your order. contact our online support team at support@avenuestorea.com and they will review your request and will revert back with full details of the next procedure.

All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact.
